Access Your Fulford Digital Certificate
Fulford certificates are now issued digitally and can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Once your certificate has been issued, you will receive an email with your digital certificate information. The email subject line will include your certificate type followed by “DIGITAL CERTIFICATE ATTACHED.”
Before you begin:
Please review your certificate details after adding it to your wallet. Contact Fulford if your name, certificate type, issue date, expiry date, or other certificate information appears incorrect.
For iPhone / Apple Wallet
Add your certificate to Apple Wallet using the .pkpass file attached to your certificate email.
For Android / Google Wallet
Add your certificate to Google Wallet using the Google Wallet link in your certificate email.
How to add your certificate to Apple Wallet
Use these instructions if you are using an iPhone.
- Open the email from Fulford with “DIGITAL CERTIFICATE ATTACHED” in the subject line on your iPhone.
- Download or tap the attached .pkpass file.
- A wallet pass preview should open.
- Tap Add in the top-right corner.
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Your Fulford certificate should appear near the bottom of your wallet.
- Review the certificate details and open Pass Details to confirm the information is correct.

If your name, certificate type, issue date, expiry date, or other certificate information appears incorrect, please contact Fulford.
How to add your certificate to Google Wallet
Use these instructions if you are using an Android phone.
- Open the email from Fulford with “DIGITAL CERTIFICATE ATTACHED” in the subject line on your Android phone.
- Click the Google Wallet link in the email.
- Sign into your Google account if prompted.
- Before adding the certificate, confirm you are signed into the correct Google account.
- Tap Add.
- Tap View in Wallet, or open the Wallet app on your phone.
- Your Fulford certificate should appear in Google Wallet with your name.
- Review the certificate details. Tap the three-dot icon to view additional information.
Important:
If you use more than one Google account, make sure the correct account is selected before tapping Add.
